Big Week!!!

I know its been a while since I posted on here. This has been a very busy month. We've been going back and forth to Panama City Beach working on buying a beach house. I think we've been down here about 5 times since the beginning of June. Plus I flew a lot in June. Between flying and being down here or either out shopping for the beach house, I haven't been home a full day in over a month!
Last week was really busy for the whole Perkins family. We have a new baby boy in the family! William James Perkins was born last Monday. Happy birthday, William, you're a week old today. I know Jeff and Valerie are happy he has finally arrived, especially Valerie. She gets to miss the hottest part of the summer being pregnant. We can't wait to meet the new baby.
Mema and Pop flew to Texas to see William on Sunday and came back home on Wednesday. We drove down to Blakely Thursday night and spent it with them, then drove down to the beach Friday morning to close on our beach house. Mema rode with me to keep the kids for us and Pop came later that evening to help. They went home on Sunday. Alex came home from camp on Friday afternoon. He spent the night with our next door neighbor (who he went to camp with) then our friend Paul picked him up Saturday morning and took him to and through the airport to the gate for him to fly down here. The flights to Panama City were full so Alex flew to Dothan and another friend, Greg, picked him up and drove him down here. Jim went home and back to work early today. I picked up Aynsley and Chelsea (our cousins) from the airport this morning. They are going to help babysit for me this week while I'm running around trying to get the house set up and ready to rent out. Our cable and internet won't get hooked up until next Monday. A whole week with 5 kids and no TV! Pray for me!!! I'm sitting at the library on my computer. Hopefully I'll have some inside pictures soon to post.
