Here is Alex teaching Josh how to skin board/boogie board.

The four boys playing in the ocean. Kellie still doesn't want to go near the "loud ocean". She hangs back with us and plays in the sand. She loves water, just not the ocean. She is all about the pool. She will jump in by herself now and swim around with her swimmez. She starts swimming lessons next week.

Kellie and Josh are showing off their tattoos.

We all went to play putt-putt. Here is Kellie getting her ball in the hole. We met a really nice family from Valdosta at the beach. They have a son (12) and two (really cute) daughters (16 & 18). It was fun watching the big kids "interact". They all went to play putt-putt and do the maze with us one night and then we all went down to Pier Park for ice cream the next night. The big kids all exchanged myspace info and said they would stay in touch.
We went to the beach twice in June. Once for just a couple of days and then we actually had a week of fun toward the end of June. (Each of those trips we brought back three palm trees for our yard.) Its always nice to get away for a couple of days, but it is just too long a drive to the beach with three or more kids for just a weekend trip...especially with gas prices the way they are now. The week long trip is the way to go!
For our week trip we took a friend and her two boys, Stacey, Caleb and Josh. The beach is always more fun with friends or family with us. We all had a great time.
We left a day early to get back for the Brewer's State Tournament. The boys all played great this year. The Brewer's played two games at State and was knocked out of the tournament. We start fall ball next month.
