Kiev, Ukraine

Jim and I are in Kiev, Ukraine for the weekend. We brought Greg over here to meet his email girlfriend. We had to fly out of JFK. Friday the flights to JFK all of a sudden were overbooked, so Jim and Greg had to fly into Newark, NJ on the 8am flight and take a 1 1/2 hour bus ride over to JFK. They both agreed that the NJ roads were worse than the roads in AL. I waited and took the jumpseat on the 12:47pm flight. We met at the gate in JFK for our Kiev flight. We all got business class seats and had a great flight. Jim and Greg each got a little bit of sleep, but I didn't sleep at all.
When we arrived at the Kiev airport Greg's girlfriend was there to meet us where our driver picked us up. She is nice and looks the same as her pictures. We went to the hotel, checked in, then went for a long walk around town and had lunch. We got back to the room a little after 3pm and took a nap. We just got up around 6pm to get ready for dinner. Tomorrow night we have bought tickets to go to the ballet. Jim and Greg are really thilled about that!!
